Michael Finch, Will Perry, Shane Hollas, and David Co—who saw a clear need for change in the auto and body shop industry, are the founders of this business. Through years of direct experience working in and around repair shops, we encountered the same challenges repeatedly: outdated systems, a shrinking labor force, and the pressure to meet rising customer expectations with limited resources. These weren’t isolated issues—they were widespread and persistent. What stood out to us was that shops weren’t lacking dedication; they were lacking the tools and technology to match the demands of modern repair work.

We founded Black Wolf Technology with the goal of addressing those gaps through the strategic use of AI and robotics. Our mission is to deliver reliable, intelligent systems that directly respond to the needs we once faced ourselves. The idea was never to disrupt the industry for the sake of change, but to give shop owners practical solutions that improve performance, efficiency, and workflow. We believe the future of the repair industry depends on smarter tools—designed with intention and grounded in real-world experience. That’s the foundation Black Wolf Technology was built on, and it continues to guide everything we do.
